this^^^ if people think that users arent going to experience similar restrictions on a very similar product they are crazy.
if im a publisher for example, i can make a game on one console where it cant be resold or is but with restrictions, and pretty much anytime it exchanges hands/owners i profit or i put it on a console where i lose money when/if that happens. why do i even bother with he second one then?

no they havent, i will play this game now. i dont play games on my pc, in fact i havent bothered to fix it since it broke a couple years ago. i work 40hrs on a pc, dont want to sit at a desk and computer monitor when i get home and dont care enough to hook it up to my tv either. ill take my consoles anyday

well it sold twice as much because of japan. in the states they were pretty close and that is ms target audience so this would be a good move for them. ill get it on whichever system i own at the time or whichever has exclusive content if i own both when it releases.
dark souls is my fav game ever, im certain 2 will be amazing
well its the same with any other franchise that has a solid entry followed by one not so great. example devil may cry, great. dmc 2, not so hot. dmc3 amazing.
sometimes things happen and the development doesnt go so well but id be excited to see those characters again, have another hopefully great triple a violent fighter, and it would be nice to see rare get the chance to make a real game again

this i agree with and that is what i dont like about it. thats the same reason i prefer disc based games and not downloadable games. For drm or downloadable you rely on that service to always be available no matter what unfortunately companies go out of business and things get removed or shut down and its lost to you.

im prob solo here but i dont mind. if i can get one X1 for upstairs, one for downstairs and easily play my games without carrying disc or my profile on a memory card, thats sweet. my friends can blow me, not that any of us borrow games much from each other anyway. i do imagine that would effect the younger crowd much more who rely on parents and such to buy games but for me, not that big of a deal.

disagree, with a game only every two years max and plenty more sweet characters, season pass 2 is sweet and gives the game more life. plus i dont understand calling it a season pass if you only have one season. i was sad in fact when mk9 didnt get another season. that remains my fav fighting game ever even today and there are sooooo many more old characters i want to see return
as usual, dont like it, dont buy it.
it just ran out on sunday lol so i went month to month until i found it on sale which is today. thats usually what i do. get it on sale, as it comes close to expiring, find another sale. ive payed full price for it like 3 months total in the 10+ years ive had it lol
